This Anodized Aluminum round fin Cold Forged Heat Sinks process is as integrated structure, and mostly we adopt “cold-forge” process. We insert the material of Aluminum alloy into the tooling by high pressure.
By cold forge, through this process, we can produce heat sink with accurate dimension, strong surface and reliable structure. And the fin could be made higher, so that the area of thermal dissipation is expanded. One of the classic application is in field of LED.
