Manufacturing process:

      CNC programmers work out the machining process according to the technical requirements of engineering drawings and surface roughness, and select processing parameters. The program is programmed automatically or by CAM software, and the processed program is input to the controller. After processing the program, the controller sends instructions to the servo device, which sends out the control signal to the servo motor. The spindle motor rotates the tool, and the servo motor controlled by X, Y and Z controls the relative movement of the cutter and product according to a certain track, so as to realize the cutting of the product.
